miHealth Outcome Study

NES miHealth Shows 93% Effectiveness in Outcome Study

An outcome study was conducted in order to gather some information on the use and efficacy of the NES miHealth device for use in research, training and marketing purposes.

The aims of the study were as follows:

  • Which conditions show the greatest response to the miHealth device
  • The optimal length of time for a particular setting, for each condition and function
  • Whether on-body or off body is more effective and for which conditions
  • How long the effect of the therapy lasts
  • What type of adverse reactions (or healing reactions) are experienced

In all cases, an average reduction of the symptoms of over 60% was experienced. After the second therapy session, even more participants – 93% – reported a significant improvement in their condition. Subjects with chronic conditions were also looked at separately and 85% of them reported an immediate positive effect from the therapy.

Understanding the Science Behind the Bioenergetic Scan

How The Scan Works to Improve Health Outcomes

The NES BioEnergetiX WellNES System is an advanced software program that helps you understand your body-field and how it relates to your overall well-being.

It uses a quick and non-invasive scan to assess the state of your body-field at a specific moment. To perform the scan, you simply place your hand on a scanning device that looks like a computer mouse or count to ten into your devise or computer and forego the use of the scanner.

But how does the NES software work?

The scan uses a quantum electrodynamic (QED) matching test to detect the waveforms and interference patterns in your body-field.

This process incorporates theories from Wolff and Marcer, enhancing the scanning process.

The computer or smartphone running the NES software generates its own QED field, which becomes entangled with your body-field. Through a proprietary process, the software compares your body-field with the blueprint of body-field structures encoded in the software.

The entanglement of these two QED fields allows for the flow of information, and the matching of structures in space reveals this information. This is known as space resonance matching, based on Milo Wolff’s space resonance theory.

The NES System interacts with your body-field, asking questions and gathering information about changes in space as responses from your body-field.

Unlike traditional medicine, which focuses on establishing baseline measures, the NES System evaluates the quality of the response it receives from your body-field.

It prioritizes the responses and presents them in a graphical format for practitioners to assess.

It’s important to note that NES scans are not like traditional biofeedback systems that detect changes in skin or brain electrical characteristics. The interaction between the computer/smartphone and your body-field during a NES scan is a quantum process that happens almost instantly.

Each person’s biochemistry is unique, but our body-fields share the same underlying structure.

The NES System focuses on the larger energetic and informational structures, such as Energetic Drivers and Integrators, which are essential for proper bodily functions.

By correcting distorted structures, we positively impact all processes within them, ultimately analyzing the functional integrity of your body-field.

During a NES scan, the system correlates, sorts, and prioritizes the matches made, presenting them in easy-to-understand graphical reports. By evaluating the quality of the matches between your actual body-field and the information in the NES software, we can detect distortions and provide you with the knowledge to correct them, restoring your energy for life.

5 Ways to Address Emotional Health for Better Health Outcomes

In an energetic view of health, emotions are a key consideration in health and in helping people make progress. Let’s consider why for a moment, then look at 5 ways to support emotional health in order to drive better overall health outcomes.

We know that everything we perceive as physical — including our bodies — is made of energy. Every energy particle produces a spherical standing wave that represents its frequency. Think of this as ripples on a pond, but going out in all directions. As energy comes together to produce organelles and cells in our bodies, countless energy spheres interact and, when they are in harmony, the body is healthy. Communication is good and energy is used properly and efficiently.

Anything introduced into the body that disrupts this natural harmony can cause health issues, and this includes emotions, which interact with the body-field and produce their own standing waves. Their own energy spheres. In other words, they can affect us just as “physical” things can.

Some emotions support harmony in the body and therefore feel good to us; others disrupt the harmony and feel bad to us. Both are valuable as a tool for understanding the world around us, but the body isn’t designed to continually deal with disruptions, just as it’s not designed to continually deal with toxic air, food, or water.

If a disruptive emotion isn’t fully processed — as in the case of ongoing stress or traumatic events — then it continues to reside in the body-field as a disrupting energy sphere, or what we call an “emotional oscillator.” This breaks down communication and energy efficiency in the body, which is why emotions are connected with so many health problems including exhaustion. It takes a lot more energy to do things when emotions go unresolved!

So what can members do when they are struggling with emotional events? There are both bioenergetic and physical ways to address such problems. Here are 5 ways Saint Wellness approaches emotional health with our members for better outcomes:

1. Raise Energy Levels

Since emotional oscillators deplete energy more rapidly, an easy quick win is to raise energy levels. This doesn’t address the underlying problem of inefficiency, but can help someone feel better and have the energy to take further steps in getting well.

We commonly think of food as our energy source, and indeed healthier eating choices can help to boost our energy. But exercise — even if it just means getting up and walking more than we’re already doing — boosts our energy and is known to make us feel better as well.

Sunlight also energizes us, in part by creating a battery effect from the water inside us (by increasing positive and negative charge separation). So it’s good to get into the sunshine for at least 15 minutes a day (without overdoing exposure). It is even better to make sure you view the sunrise with your naked eyes every day. Daytime light also improves the mood.

Of course in NES theory, the body also produces “Source” energy from its interaction with the environment. This may in part be from the battery effect of water, but also relates to the tuning of cavities in the body — which includes every cell, the microtubules within cells, large spaces like our lungs and abdomen, and so on. Our “Source Driver” Infoceutical supports the body in producing this.

Other useful Infoceuticals include Cell Driver (bioenergetically supporting the mitochondria and their production of ATP), Lung Driver (supporting oxygenation of the body), Kidney Driver (supporting adrenal function), and others designed to support the “triple cavities” of the body.

There is also a “Feel Good” Infoceutical called “Energy,” which actually combines 2 of the Infoceuticals above (Source Driver and Triply Cavity Star). “Feel Goods” are designed for use with or without a scan, so this can be used to support our members at any time. Members can buy this and other Feel Goods on their own, as long as they have signed up for an account.

2. Reduce Stress, Improve Absorption

A better diet won’t help raise energy levels as much as it should if someone’s struggling to absorb nutrients. And emotional oscillators can lead to malabsorption. This is why the Infoceutical called ESR (Emotional Stress Release) is commonly used to support absorption. (This is another Feel Good Infoceutical that members can purchase at any time.)

We can also look at other areas of the body-field for needed support, including fields of the small intestine, the lining of the digestive tract, etc.

At least in the short-term, members can take additional supplementation (under appropriate guidance) to help reach minimal nutrient levels until absorption issues are addressed. (Of course many will argue that ongoing supplementation has its benefits too.) Digestive enzymes may assist.

To actually address this possible cause of malabsorption, members can look at ways to reduce stress in their lives. They can begin a habit of meditation. They can work their way out of too many commitments or unhealthy situations. And when it comes to eating, they can simply find a calm environment, calm themselves before eating, and chew their food more thoroughly.

2a. Don’t Forget Geopathic Stress (Bonus Item)

Another item to consider is geopathic stress — sometimes the body is stressed by its physical environment because of the way natural and unnatural features (caverns, waterways, faults, electrical systems, etc.) may break up the fields of the Earth and cause disruptions for the individual. Moving to a new location may help, but of course isn’t always practical, so we look at scan priorities in general to understand where the body-field needs help. However, the following are areas of the body-field that are especially related to this issue:

* BFA (especially the Vertical Axis)
* Polarity — affected by air travel and geopathic stress
* ED3 (Cell Driver)
* ED8 (Liver Driver) and EI8 (Microbes / Liver) — the liver appears to be particularly vulnerable to the effects of geopathic stress and electromagnetic fields (e-smog)
* EI5 (Lymphatics / Bladder) and EI12 (Shock / Spleen) — both affected by geopathic stress

3. Support the Body’s Spleen Driver

This Driver (part of the overall body-field) is an important one because it is linked to our long-term memories, and in this way is linked to emotional oscillators as well. Long-term memories that are charged with emotion can become overly dynamic and oscillate, turning into obsessions and contributing detrimentally to behavior.

In traditional Chinese medicine, the spleen is associated with emotional memory, and one sign of distortion in this field may be a craving for sweet foods. The dietary corrective is to introduce salty foods, especially in a highly mineralized form, like barley grass. In some circles of traditional Chinese medicine, beetroot juice also is said to help the spleen field.

However, the concept of “spleen” in our more modern view includes the part of the pancreas that makes enzymes, so when the pancreas field is damaged by emotional oscillators (and this happens a great deal), then it can be useful to help digestion by taking digestive enzymes. Alkalization is considered by many to assist the body when it is very, very ill, so again, barley grass may help here, as may fresh green vegetable juices.

4. Clear the Emotional Oscillators

This gets to the root of the issue — emotions that haven’t been fully processed and that continue to impact the health of the body. Our Mind-Body screen is designed to show where these oscillators reside and how to address them at the level of the body-field with Infoceuticals and the miHealth (our bioelectric device, used in person with me or at home for members who choose to invest in it).

Liberator is broadly designed to help loosen and release emotional oscillators, especially those due to more traumatic events. It is our generalist and assists overall to “liberate” us from emotional events of the past. (This Infoceutical is also available as a setting on the miHealth.)

Brain Holograms are our specialists — they are similar to Liberator, but they go deeper into more specific areas. Here we can look into details here to see how a past emotional conflict may be impacting specific areas of the body, and can also look at miHealth settings to help clear these. (Available as Infoceuticals.)

ESR (Emotional Stress Release) is designed for day-to-day stress, to help keep it at bay. It is the most commonly used Feel Good Infoceutical, as it has a general calming affect that can benefit so many areas of life.(This Infoceutical is also available as a setting on the miHealth.)

Chill is designed to help address long-standing stress, especially due to worry. It may help those who cannot fall asleep easily because they cannot shut off their thoughts, again especially due to worry.(This Infoceutical is also available as a setting on the miHealth.)

Of course there are many counseling techniques that also help to deal with unresolved emotions, especially those that work with the subconscious mind. And these techniques work beautifully alongside the use of Infoceuticals.

5. Heal the Heart Field

The heart plays such a central role in health and energetic health theory. It binds the primary fields of the overall body-field and is meant to be well-integrated with the brain. Healing the heart not only helps us in resolving emotional issues of the past, but also helps to better process future emotional events so that they don’t store themselves as harmful oscillators.

To help lift a member’s outlook on life and promote this type of healing, look to Heart Driver (ED6) and Heart Imprinter Driver (ED2) (both of which are Feel Good Infoceuticals) along with the Heart Integrator (EI4).

It’s easy, of course, for us to focus on what hurts physically. On what’s not functioning as it’s meant to. But resolving an issue, and keeping it from rearing up in other ways, means getting down to the roots. Working with emotions is a key way of doing this, and one of the profound things about Infoceuticals is the way they so often help one to shift emotionally. This is so common that we have members pay attention to these shifts — a sure way to know that these solutions are working, and a sure way to help someone move forward at a very deep level that affects everything else!

Energetic Integrators: A Key To Resonant Communication In The Body

OVERVIEW OF THE ENERGETIC INTEGRATORS

The theory of a human body-field gives us a basis for healing based on the most fundamental element of all creation: energy. Not only energy, but the organization and activity of that energy, which drives all the processes of life.

While there are many details to the theory overall, there are two key principles that determine our health: do we have enough energy to operate from, and is that energy being used properly? The latter point depends on efficient and accurate communication in the body – not only via nerves and hormones, but through a wireless system based on resonance.

Energetic driver fields represent how well powered the body-field is to do its work. Energetic integrator fields represent this wireless communication system – the body’s own WiFi, so to speak, to unite all the parts of the body and direct their daily activity.

Discovering Energetic Integrators

Professor Peter Fraser was the first to thoroughly map out the human body-field as we understand it today. With deep knowledge in traditional Chinese medicine, he had developed a university textbook on the matter, but later came to feel that the model fell short. So he began asking questions and exploring more deeply into the energetic nature of the body.

Because of his background, he began by exploring the 12 primary meridians of acupuncture, normally seen as energy (or “chi”) pathways in the body. Using modified electro-acupuncture technology, he explored how different body parts reacted to one another through an electrical reading – an indicator needle would respond in a unique way when certain body parts were tested against each other. He came to call this response a “match.”

Through years of testing, he found that most of the body elements that were considered part of a single meridian “matched” to one another. He did find differences between traditional meridians and these new channels he referred to as energetic integrators; but there was enough similarity that he used the meridian naming system for his newly discovered integrators.

Resonant Communication Channels

While TCM saw meridians as energy channels, Fraser saw integrators first as channels of communication. This matching process was effectively showing how the body communicates not through chemistry, but through physics.

As Fraser continued his testing, he found that matches only occurred under certain circumstances, eliminating a strictly “electrical” nature to the process, and he eventually posited a space resonance theory, which appears in line with modern physics views of quantum fields and information.

In short, his theory showed that every energy structure represents a unique combination of frequencies that produce a unique energy signature in its own pocket of space – a “space resonance,” if you will. And while structures may appear different to us on the surface (a liver cell and a retina cell, for instance), they are built of the same underlying energy systems. If they share enough in the way of an underlying space resonance, they are said to bioenergetically match.

In other words, they are speaking to one another via resonance. They are able to convey information instantly. And in the body, this means being able to communicate without the need for nerves or hormones to pass messages.

So the liver, for instance, communicates with certain elements of the body (along a single integrator) because of similarities in space resonance. And meanwhile, the kidney is communicating with a wholly different set of elements. Collectively, these 12 integrators ensure that no body part is left behind – they are all part of a team; and further, these integrators communicate with one another, giving us one blended whole within the body.

Connecting us back to the idea of meridians as channels of energy, this wireless communication process may indeed allow for energy transfer as well. Even now, scientists are discovering what appears to be the body’s ability to transport energy via resonance. This falls in line with the bioenergetic theory that the body’s communication system directs the activity of its energy, which in turns drives all the activity of the body.

This is why bioenergetics addresses the very basis of health.

Phase Shift in Energetic Integrators

Most who talk about using energy in a healing modality focus on frequency, but Fraser deduced that “phase” was at least as important as frequency. He felt that frequency was more stable than phase, so a shift in phase was more likely to lead to problems in health.

To understand what phase means here, it’s useful to imagine every energy particle as the center of a 3-dimensional sphere of frequencies. In fact, it represents the center point of a standing wave, where its frequencies sent into the universe are in sync with the frequencies of all other particles of the same type. Every electron, for instance, is a point in an overall electron field where every electron is sending out information to the rest of the field … and simultaneously receiving information from all other electrons in the field.

So for the individual electron, information is entering (the “in wave”) and leaving (the “out wave”) at the same time. And in the process of an in wave becoming an out wave, Fraser saw a 180 degree phase shift. (Information is going out the same way it came in; this requires a 180 degree turn.)

This is what we mean by phase.

This relates to what he had learned about the integrators, but initially wasn’t sure what it meant. He found that each integrator not only matched to a range of frequencies, but that they also matched to a degree range. Integrator 1 represents 0-15 degrees; integrator 2 represents 16-30 degrees; and so on through integrator 12, representing 166-180 degrees.

So in the body, as information is received in the electron, it impacts that electron; and then there is a phase shift that essentially exposes the incoming information to each of the integrators in order, as it spins through 180 degrees. The body’s software, so to speak, is receiving data about the world and reacting to it. Whatever impact this data has on the body is registered in the integrators, so as the electron sends information back into the world, it essentially sends an update showing these changes to the body.

This process is happening with all the electrons of the body, which are all speaking with one another; and so, their collective field carries continuously updated information about the health of the body and whether there are any “coding errors” within the body’s software. This is the basis of a field-based bioenergetic assessment, which uses technology to interact with the field via resonance and expose these errors.

“Every cell in the body, and in all of biology, has a characteristic phase shift value,” said Fraser, “and these are used as identifiers in [bioenergetics]. … If an energetic integrator becomes compressed or, alternatively, expands, then contiguous integrator structures are affected and these distortions will have consequences for how information is routed from the body-field to the body.”

On a side note, we may have something similar occurring with protons and neutrons. This isn’t to discount them. Fraser did speak about proton fields, but much of his emphasis was on electrons. Exploring this further is beyond our scope here.

Finally, what would cause an error to occur in the body’s software? The body is designed to process information about its environment in order to respond correctly to it. But just as our hardware (physical body) can be damaged by blunt trauma and chemical toxins, so can the software be altered by disruptive fields – certain electromagnetic fields, for instance; the fields produced by toxins; fields produced by pathogens; and even emotional events that aren’t fully processed. We’ll discuss emotions below.

Energetic Integrators as a “Big Body Wave”

While we can talk about energetic integrators separately, they are all simply different portions of the collective information carried in the body’s field; they are part of one continuous whole. You can think of a record or CD spinning to produce music, and perhaps there are 12 tracks with individual songs, but together they make one album.

This album is what Fraser referred to as the “big body wave,” carrying the collective information of the integrators while still having individual songs. On an album, we have a brief pause between each song as the needle or laser moves from the end of one song to the beginning of the next, and in the big body wave, there is a “hand off” between one integrator and the next. These are important exchange points that we’ll talk briefly about below.

Fraser used the image of a rising and then falling wave (shown here) to describe the integrators as a whole. (EI stands for “energetic integrator.”) This represents the change in phase as the in wave becomes the out wave and the integrators interact, one at a time, with the environment.

So what happens when the process is completed? As you can see, the initial wave is complete, which means the next is ready to begin. A critical exchange takes place between EI12 and EI1, passing the information of the completed cycle into the new cycle. The wave repeats many times a second. And while Fraser wasn’t explicit about this, there is reason to think this is related to the very spinning of the electron, implying that this wave occurs countless trillions of times per second.

A Second Big Body Wave

While it’s not essential to our discussion here, we should point out that Fraser discovered a second big body wave later in his research. This related to higher frequencies, and he was unable to match many of these to the body. He did recognize integrators 13 through 16, however, as related to the brain. This leaves an open question as to how the higher frequencies relate to us.

Energetic Integrators and Our Inner World

Within each integrator are links to elements, proteins, organelles, cells, organs, organ systems, and higher level, non-tangible aspects of ourselves, such as our emotions. And while this is not an absolute, Fraser found that the higher frequencies associated with a specific integrator were often where we find the emotions of that integrator.

If these regions of an integrator are in their natural state, we may experience what we think of as more pleasing emotions; if they are altered, we may find it more difficult to manage our emotions. We may find we’re experiencing less pleasant emotions.

Meanwhile, at the very highest frequency points, he saw some indications of consciousness itself. This is the point in an integrator where information is essentially handed off to the next integrator – from integrator 1 to integrator 2 and so on. And so we potentially see a role for consciousness in this process.

Fraser didn’t dive deeply into this, but pointed it out for future consideration. And he posited that, when energy and information don’t flow correctly, we may find psychological blocks and issues like repression.

Conclusion

The body-field acts as a template or blueprint for running the physical body, and while we can speak of how the body-field is powered and other details about it, the heart of the blueprint itself is its energetic integrator fields.

In bioenergetics, we’re not concerned with disease names related to physical symptoms, as that is a medical approach to health. But we’re deeply concerned with the underlying energy system, which directs all the body’s activity and ensures it’s able to address such symptoms. The integrators play a chief role here, and are always a primary consideration in supporting better health.

Brain Hologram and Liberator Infoceuticals

NES Health was founded on decades of research into the energetic nature of the human body, into how energy is produced and controlled in order to drive all the activity of the body. For years, NES Health practitioners assessed and corrected this energy system – the body-field – based on a few core sets of “Infoceuticals” – remedies that restore the integrity of the body’s energy system.

People worldwide found that, by correcting this system, the body’s natural ability to defend and heal itself could kick back into gear. And the original Infoceuticals went a long, long way in doing so.

But in 2009, NES Health released five new Infoceuticals that represented a critical step forward in our ability to correct the human body-field and therefore the function of the physical body. These were what we call our four “Brain Hologram” Infoceuticals along with Liberator.

These five Infoceuticals have a central purpose of helping with the release of shocks and traumas – emotional events that were never fully processed and therefore continued to reside in and impact someone both emotionally and physically. By releasing and resolving past emotional issues, people tend to experience profound changes at many levels.

The Work of Dr. Ryke Hamer

The development of this new range of Infoceuticals was inspired by the work of Dr. Ryke Hamer in the latter part of the 20th century. This work suggests that when someone experiences a strong emotional event for which they have a limited coping strategy, that event becomes imprinted into the subconscious and can subsequently become a root source for health issues. Dr. Hamer found that these imprinted “shock/conflicts,” as they are known, can manifest as light-colored rings in brain CT scans.

Dr. Hamer went on to discover that the nature of the originating shock/conflict would determine where the rings appeared in the brain. Through extensive study, Hamer produced a series of brain maps identifying a range of specific shock/conflicts and where the corresponding rings would appear. From these maps, using a CT scan image, he was able to identify an originating shock/conflict solely based on the location of the rings within the brain.

Dr. Hamer extended his work to show that, for each of the shock/conflict regions in the brain, there is an associated ‘reflex’ or ‘relay’ area elsewhere in the body, and that physical pathology was likely to show in that area as a result of the originating shock/conflict. For instance, a trauma situation involving ‘not getting enough food’ would – according to Hamer’s model – disturb a specific region within the brain stem, and the associated organ for that region is the liver. So a ‘not getting enough food’ trauma could eventually manifest as a liver complaint, unless the originating conflict was resolved. So effectively, Hamer provided the link between emotional upsets and physical health conditions.

Because these conflicts reside in the subconscious, they need to be released at this level for corrections to take place, and this is the subtle and profound work of the brain hologram and Liberator Infoceuticals. Their work can be complemented by other emotional pattern releasing techniques such as Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and Matrix Reimprinting. These solutions are important because we cannot just consciously “decide” to let go of these imprinted events.

The subconscious nature of these emotional events presents another challenge to therapists and their clients: often we have no conscious memory to even guide us toward what needs to be released. Many of these events originate before birth or before we develop our conscious memory. Even those formed in later years may be completely unknown if the mind has buried the memory. We may be able to consciously observe unhealthy patterns in our lives that occur because of a shock/conflict, but this still may not lead us to knowing what the original event was.

The NES Health BWS software assessment, however, points us immediately to what needs support and clearing on the subconscious level, as the body-field it measures is precisely where these events are energetically stored. This is the subconscious nature of the body. Not only does the software guide us on what Infoceuticals are needed, but it digs into a level of detail inspired by Hamer’s work. In other words, it points to areas of the brain and its relay points in the body, showing the associated conflicts that need to be cleared.

Emotional Oscillators

Peter Fraser, co-founder of NES Health, spent decades researching and developing our body-field map and Infoceuticals. A respected professor and author on acupuncture, Fraser’s work in bioenergetics refined the historic understanding of acupuncture meridians; today’s “Energetic Integrators” are inspired by but somewhat different than the 12 primary meridians, and are seen as communication channels in the body.

In a similar way, while Hamer’s work inspired Fraser’s research into the impact of shocks / traumas on the brain and its relay points in the body, Fraser’s results show a lot of similarities but also some differences from Hamer’s findings. Thus we present our own details under our own terminology.

Fraser, for instance, found that an unresolved emotional event set up an “emotional oscillator” – an ongoing energetic spherical presence around which those light-colored “rings” could show in brain CT scans. Through exhaustive research, he identified how these disruptions altered other areas of the body through something he called the “morphic field.” He agreed with Hamer that this was associated with the germ layers from which the entire body develops, but from a bioenergetic perspective, there are specific details of the body-field through which these activities take place.

The practical result of this work is that we now have four brain hologram Infoceuticals, one for each of the germ layers. (Conventionally, there are three germ layers, but in this model, the mesoderm is broken into two layers, so we have a total of four.) Our BWS software guides us on which of these is needed at any given time. Liberator itself works more broadly – across all germ layers – but not as deeply as the brain holograms. Named for the idea of freeing someone from their past, this makes Liberator more of a generalist (and a favorite among NES Health practitioners) while the brain holograms can be considered specialists.

As an example, our “Brain Stem Hologram” Infoceutical addresses the energetic residue of emotional issues resulting from shocks of abandonment, anger, mistrust, being denied, loss of self control, and more.

How the Brain Hologram Infoceuticals Work

While Peter Fraser was in the process of developing these new Infoceuticals, he was able to verify his theory that the human body-field as a whole consists of three fundamental fields which he has called the morphic field, heart field, and matrix field. To understand how the brain hologram Infoceuticals work, it is necessary to have some understanding of these three fields. Here is a brief outline:

Morphic Field – Associated with the governing of shapes in the body covering the tiniest cells to the entire body. This field is also associated with the generation of healing messages via the Energetic Terrains and is the basis of the energetic immune system. All four of the brain holograms work within the morphic field, which is where subconscious emotions reside.

Matrix Field – The living fluid matrix, as it is sometimes termed, is formed from the connective tissue of the body and provides an interconnection highway for the transmission of body-field’s holographic messages. This highway allows instant communication between all parts of the body and is far faster and more comprehensive than the nervous system. The matrix contains the acupuncture meridians and provides the mechanism for carrying conscious emotions.

Heart Field – The heart produces a spectrum of different waves and fields ranging from electromagnetic waves to sounds (phonons) to physical pressure waves. It also activates the transfer of information around the body through the matrix. The heart field has an important role in synchronizing these three aspects of the body field to form a coherent, single body-field.

In health, these three fields will be synchronized (congruent, or in phase). If they get out of synch – something that can happen from emotional shock conflicts – then information transfer between them becomes disrupted and illness becomes imminent. The four brain holograms and Liberator are powerful Infoceuticals for removing these disruptions and assisting the heart in restoring proper synchronization throughout the human body-field. In this way, they help to restore proper function to the body.

The Mind-Body Connection Of Bioenergetics

In a world of medicine that tries to make everything as objective as possible, one of the great challenges is understanding the reality of the mind-body connection.

Any drug studies, for instance, need to take into account the placebo effect, wherein the expectation of improving leads to improvements, with or without an actual drug (or other treatment). In a similar way, the nocebo effect shows that the expectation of getting worse in spite of treatment actually leads one to getting worse.

Our minds seem to create our realities.

There are countless studies showing just how significant the placebo effect is. For instance, studies have found that:

Research has even shown that nearly all positive mood improvements in patients taking antidepressants is attributed to the placebo effect.

So when it comes to health, it’s clear that the mind plays a significant role. In bioenergetics, this is considered a priority, which means giving more weight to what the mind really is and how it impacts the body.

What is the Mind?

Given that philosophers and psychologists throughout the ages have explored and debated the concept of the mind and consciousness, we cannot claim to have final answers on the matter in bioenergetics. But we can make some general observations and comments from bioenergetic research.

We might initially think of our “mind” as our collection of conscious thoughts, perhaps processed by the brain. But we would propose a broader view which considers everything we use to perceive and respond to the environment. We further propose that this occurs through three primary centers related to the body as a whole, the heart, and the brain.

The brain may relate to the mind in the form of thoughts; the body in the form of instinct; and the heart in the form of intuition. In other words, each has its own way of perceiving and responding to the world. And we are, perhaps, our strongest when we use thoughts, instinct, and intuition in tandem, drawing on each individual strength.

In bioenergetic terms, these three concepts relate to the primary three fields that make up the collective body-field: the brain corresponds to the morphic field (associated with the shape of the body); the body to the matrix field (associated with the connective tissues); and the heart to the heart field. Thus, all experiences are effectively processed and stored in the field, which gives us real-time feedback about how to respond to new events.

Conscious and Unconscious

Our conscious thoughts, then, relate to the brain or the morphic field only. This alone tells us that a great deal is stored in the body-field that we’re not consciously aware of. Therefore, our responses to life come from more than just our conscious awareness.

Even within the brain, we know that we see and hear much more than we consciously process. This has a lot to do with filters that sort out what’s most important to promote our safety and happiness. These filters consider past experiences that set our expectations as to what is and isn’t true.

The rest of what we see and hear is still processed, but just at a subconscious level.

When it comes to the mind-body connection, what we think consciously is important; but our complete belief system about life plays an even larger and much deeper role. If there are errors in that belief system, they must be addressed at this deeper level.

If we look back on the topic of placebos and health, it is not necessarily that we consciously think a sham pill will make us better. It may have far more to do with the fact that, for years, we have been programmed at the subconscious level to believe in the power of pills, no matter what we consciously think. This deep belief system may make the biggest difference of all, whether we take the real pill or the sham.

Tools and Hurdles

Since the information from the subconscious mind is stored in the body-field, everything we experience has the potential to affect the blueprint (body-field) of the physical body. In this way, the subconscious mind has a very real effect on the body’s activity.

If the body-field is altered in a positive or negative way, it can have positive or negative effects on our physical health, creating the “mind-body” connection.

This is why our environment and the people we spend time with are so important to our health and well-being. And why stress, shocks, and traumas affect our health as well. These can be physical (too much work / too little rest; injuries; exposure to toxins or pathogens), or mental (unsavory things seen, heard, or otherwise perceived).

So we can have experiences that lift and heal us at the conscious and subconscious levels, or those that injure us and need future healing. We note that the latter are hurdles, not dead ends; there is always opportunity for healing and progressing in our lives.

Brain Holograms

We’ve discussed heart, body, and brain all contributing to the information stored in the body-field – essentially our subconscious programming. But we’ll take a moment to look more closely at the brain’s role here, as it relates to a specialized area of bioenergetics.

As mentioned, the brain relates to the morphic field, which has to do with controlling the shape of the body. If something goes wrong with the morphic field, it can lead to inappropriate growths or wasting.

This field connects the brain to the rest of the body via the germ layers we initially develop from: the ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm. Emotional events disrupt the field in order to trigger a response; but in a healthy situation, they are quickly processed and become part of our life experience.

If the event is too strong or too prolonged for us to process, however, then the disruption remains an energetic oscillation in the field: what we call an emotional oscillator. Its presence alters the flow of information between the brain and body, within the morphic field. If not addressed, bioenergetics theory proposes that it can cause growth or wasting in the body, giving us a mechanism, for instance, for cancers that seem to stem from emotional events.

Conclusion

At a high level, we speak in bioenergetics about two key concepts in health: having enough energy (from which everything is built) and controlling how that energy is used. So the processing of information must be efficient (conserving energy) and accurate if we’re to build a healthy body.

As we’ve seen here, how we process information has everything to do with our “mind” – not only our conscious thinking, but everything we perceive or experience about our environment and how we process it. This is a broad concept of mind, but it shows how life shapes not only our thinking, but our deep-seated beliefs. And it shows why the mind-body connection must be completely interwoven with any holistic idea of health.
